Good
This is a good, sturdy filing cabinet. It looks great, has a good color, and I've had no issues with the lock. The instructions are simple.

Nice Little Two Drawer File Cabinet
I am quite happy with the Lorell 16872 2-Drawer Mobile File Cabinet! It arrived two days earlier than the shipping date and it was undamaged in the shipping process. I purchased it from Haus Appeal. It was very easy to put on the handles and the wheels. I deliberately put files that I don't need often in the back of the bottom drawer in order to provide enough weight so the unit won't tip over when opening the file drawers. The metal of the file cabinet is very thin and thus the drawers are light weight. I didn't expect a heavy steel cabinet for the price. Since I'm not rough on my possessions, this light weight unit will work fine for me. The lock works OK but if you seriously want to keep someone out of your files, don't expect this lock to be much of a deterrent. The drawers when full slide fine without wheels and ball bearings as is used on high end file cabinets. Would I buy it again from Haus Appeal on Amazon.com? Yes, I would because for the price it is a decent little two drawer file cabinet.

Good Product - Affordable Price - One Design Flaw
During this COVID-19 closure, I needed a space to WFH. I purchased the cabinet because it was the perfect size. It fits right underneath a card-table I've set up as an extension to my desk. I loved that it had a lock option* and wheels. This is their design flaw, however. The drilled holes to screw on the wheels is too small. It's likely best that the cabinet be on flat ground anyway; therefore, I am not missing having the wheels. The company should fix the issue or ditch the wheels and knock the price down a few dollars. Overall, I'm still satisfied and got what I wanted. *If you have super important files, get a lock box or a safe. I'm just keeping nosy family members out of my work stuff.

Exactly what I wanted
My little basket stuffed with envelopes that served as my filing system for many years had become an overflowing, disorganized, headache and eyesore. I decided it was finally time to upgrade to an actual file cabinet and was hoping for something around $50, but was willing to pay a little more for quality. I liked the look of this one, that it holds hanging folders, that it has wheels... and I really liked the price. It arrived in perfect condition, without any scratches, dings, or dents, and no parts missing. The little bit of assembly to put on the handles and wheels took me maybe 15 minutes. So easy, I barely looked at the instructions, and that was only for the rear wheels. The way the rear wheels attatch is kinda odd, but it only took a minute to figure out. (Make sure to use the right size phillips screwdriver so you don't strip the screws.) Everything attached solidly with no looseness. It's not heavy-duty, and probably wouldn't survive being tossed out of a second-story window, but for my basic household needs, it is sturdy enough. The wheels are plastic and would be the weak point with any rough handling. Also, they might need a shot of WD-40 to roll smoothly. The lock is enough to thwart snooping, but anyone with a serious agenda could easily break in. Not an issue for me, as I don't intend on using the lock. The file cabinet looks very nice, and my paperwork is finally neat, organized, and easily accessible. Hurray! (Mine came from Office Supply)

Handy Little Filing Cabinet
This is a handy little filing cabinet for the average person, who just needs a light duty item to keep their various papers organized. Considering its lower price, although lightweight, it's of reasonable quality and durability. The drawers do not have any interior mechanism that would keep file folders compressed and upright, and so I switched over to hanging folders, which fit well. There is a lock on the bottom drawer which, if you need to use it, is enough to keep the idle snooper out. The casters make this item pretty great, as you can move it to vacuum.

OK, but wouldn't buy again
These file cabinets are OK, but would not buy this again even at this price, or perhaps I should say especially at this price. I bought two so I would have matching cabinets under a table in my office; not my brightest move. Let me just say if I could have found a better quality online (or even at the local but smallish chain office supply, that I was certain about I would have paid double. The drawers roll out only half to 3/4 and then have to be weighted in the back with something heavy or they tip over (I used two huge dictionary type books). There is nothing to hold folders in place -- no slider on the sides or even those metal things that fit in the bottom and stand up sort of like book ends. This means books or some other object needs to be placed after the last folder if you want them to stand upright. The handles and casters come separate. The handles install easily, though beware the screws for them are actually screwed into the handle, so if you're looking for the pieces in the plastic they come in you may think they've been overlooked. The front two casters fit on fairly easily, but the back two are tricky and it's such a convoluted mess I don't think I could even describe it. Once put on the rollers work fine.

Excellent value for the price.
5 stars because of the value. It's not built like a $300 file cabinet, but for the price you can't beat it. Pros: Wheels. Small form factor even with the wheels. (I got it specifically to fit under a table that's 27.5" high.) Price. Arrived in perfect conditions with easy-to-follow instructions. Cons: Thin metal, which means it wouldn't be hard to break into. It's more designed to keep out a snooping office mate rather than a thief. I'm pretty sure I could rip it open if I wanted to. But again, if you wanted something that's that secure, buy an actual safe not a file cabinet. Not a big issue, but you have to kinda wave the folders back and forth as you're putting them into the drawers because the indentations that the drawers glide on leave very little space between the folder and the indentation. Again, not much of an issue once you figure it out. It has a tendency to tip if you have both drawers out. Since mine is going under a table I just set a couple extra 10-pound plates on top of it since they don't show anyway and it doesn't tip at all.
