OSW Owl Metal Yard Art Garden Stake Wind Balancer, 52.5 Inch Tall Balancing Yard Art Sculpture

This would be a very cool decoration if it balanced at all... I'm afraid to bend/adjust much because the welds look like they would break - it leans either completely forward (main owl looking at the ground) or completely off to one side). I am returning it.
