Great band for a fair price! Looks great on my watch! Takes less than a minute to put on too!

I have been wearing a silicone watch band on my Timex Ironman Triathlon watches daily for about 10 or more years. Due to Timex's quality slipping over the years, the band I had out lasted three Ironman watches. The band finally was needing to be replaced after I damaged it during bucking heavy timber and moving the log rounds. I recently purchased a silicone band from Walmart. Product displayed it fits most watches. Well, it was about 2mm wider than the Ironman watch. After carefully modifying it to fit my Ironman, I wore it for less than a day and the spring bar ripped right through the poor quality silicone. I tossed it in the trash and bought this band on Amazon.The quick release spring bars made attaching to watch the easiest watch band task ever. No tools necessary. I am pleased with the quality of the band. It is more comfortable to wear than the previous one. I am not used to wearing a narrower watch band on my wrist. Hopefully this will last as long as the one I replaced with the Walmart trash.

I had high hopes for this band and wanted to love it, but I just can't. Did the band work? Yes. If that is your only criteria, get the band.1) I'm new to the watch word and I did not realize there was a difference between one of these bands and a gapless band. I definitely do not like the gap between the lug and the band. It is very ugly.2) the band does not look nearly as good as the one pictured. I wish I had looked through the images other reviews had in them. The beveling and embossing of the watch is not nearly as drastic as it looks in the images. Once I opened it up I was really disappointed in the look of this band. It's also the details that are very unappealing as well.3) I thought I was going to like the locking strap holder, and I can't stand it. They look completely different than image shows on the main cover. All the edges are 90°angles. There aren't any beveled edges as shown.4) at the end of the day, this band is way uncomfortable. I find myself daily trying to make it fit comfortably and it has made me not like wearing my watch. I'm going to be ordering another one as soon as I can do a little more research.
