Sisters Caroline and Caitlin Moran write this comedy drama following an unconventional single mother raising her six children on a council estate in Wolverhampton. The series follows matriarch Della Garry (Rebekah Staton) who, in her pursuit of self-sufficiency, homeschools all of her six children in the Midlands family home they share with their Grampy (Philip Jackson). Della's best efforts to shelter her offspring come into conflict with eldest sibling Germaine (Helen Monks)'s pursuit of local yob Lee (Kaine Zajaz) and a fun teenage life. The episodes are: 'Pilot', 'Hand Jam', 'Yoko's Got Talent', 'Mehmesis', 'The iPhone, the B**** and the Wardrobe', 'Little Orphan Mannie' and 'The Dorch'.

One of my favorite shows. Please make this available again either on 1 format on disc for us in the U.S. or in Prime again so i can buy it there. Really miss being able to watch it!

I LOVE this series
This DVD PLAYS in our Panasonic all Region DVD player -IT DOES NOT CONTAIN THE PILOT. I was hoping it did, but NO.The DVD contains 4 mini doc's and the original trailer .SO funny and can watch over and over- I LOVE this family.

PLEASE RELEASE A REGION ONE DVD OF THIS!!! I love this show but live in the US, and would LOVE to have this DVD in my collection!!! I really wish this series had gone more than two seasons as I loved both seasons and wished when I got to the end there was more!!! Please release a region one of both seasons!!!
