Product is durable, price is a little on higher side i bought it for 200 bucks. But overall its a good product. Not sure it will help to remove pain but definitely it will improve blood circulation. And it gives tingling sensation whenever u stand, practice will improve standing time.

Pretty good nothing to complain
Product is decent for the price, no complaints. The acupressure pokes Takes a little getting used to. Try stepping lightly with one step at a time or u can also start with keeping a light cotton cloth on the mat then using it if u find it too sharp. Slowly gets better.

Good product
The product is made of plastic (not silicone/ rubber), so the pressure points/ spikes can be slightly more piercing. I got a yellow colour unlike the black one shown in picture. However, the product seems to work and the quality is quite durable.

Very Useful
The build quality of mat is really strong & good and it is worth the price.I have placed it near my computer table, so that i can place my feet on it while sitting on computer.It makes you feel relaxed!

No Back hood
Where is the back hood?? As shown in the 1st picture?.... I've not seen acupunture mats like this.... the front part is okay... but back hood is not there and seems to be more fragile.
