Love the ways it helps my heart...

When I first bought this, my blood pressure was running 150/100 at the doctor's office. i was given a prescription for Lisinopril. I took it for a couple of months, while losing weight and exercising. I didn't like the side effects, cough, low libido, etc. So I did some research and tried this along with the BP Stabili-T. They each have different natural herbs in them. I've lost 14 lbs, and 3 months later I'm only taking my Rx once every 3 days- and only half a pill! My bp is running around 126/77! So I'm very happy. Can't say for sure this one is doing the job by itself, but is definitely part of my regimen of getting myself healthier.
