**Q: Where does the rubber torment go ? For skull cup holder?**
A: Don't know what a "torment" is so don't know where it goes.  My holder is mounted to a 2015 Harley Tri-Glide.  The mount had to be modified (a little plate added) because there was not enough room on the handlebar.  Love the cup holder.  Sorry could not be more help.

**Q: Will this fit on a Harley 2002 Electra glide ultra classic?**
A: Yes this will fit on the Electra Glide Classics.

**Q: Where does the rubber gorment go ? For skull cup holder?**
A: It goes under the mounting bolt in the teardrop cutout.  it's to hold the cup in there securely so it can't be lifted out.

**Q: Will this fit on 2009 , XL1200c sportster  with factory handbars?**
A: Yes my husband uses it on his 06 nightrain and his 04 dyna both have factory handle bars
