It freezes , less than a year and the iPad is messed up and I can’t use it

Battery life is crude. They die very quickly. The touch screen is off. Doesn’t touch where you want and has a delay. I bought two of them and they both have had issues. (Bought in May 2020) problems began about 1-2 months later. When watching the videos provided the screen glitches and flashes, the only way to stop it is to hold the power button. I’m lucky neither one of my children has epilepsy.

The media could not be loaded. We bought this for our 2 year old. He really enjoys it. At first we had to set it up and allow this device to download other apps. Its pre-loaded with apps but some aren't that great. Once you enable downloading, you can access most apps. We have PBS kids, kids YouTube, ABC mouse, etc. Our son can turn it on hisself and navigate through to get to what he wants. This has learning games, shapes, alphabet, drawering and more. The battery life works for us for hours. Fully charged, our son can use it for over 4 hrs. We dont let him spend that much time on. We haven't had much issue with the battery running out on us. Great for road trips. Learning and great introduction to a tablet for toddlers.

The volume button already broke on ours. The volume up part of it went right in one day when I was adjusting the volume. Now if you try it you can feel how it goes deeper than the volume down side and the volume will only go down. I have to click on volume down and use the manual touch screen pop up to slide the volume up if I want it up. It was just given to my daughter for her birthday not even 2 months ago.

This little tablet came in nice packaging with the case already assembled. I was also pleasantly surprised that it came fully charged. It comes with a variety of activities for kids ranging from learning games, reading activities and drawing. My husband and I decided to get this for our 2 year old to occupy her on long trips and she loves it. It looks like you can download things from the playstore too but with the amount of things it already comes with I think it will last a while. The blue part of the case feels like silicone and the green part is a hard plastic. Very sturdy for young kids. I took a pic of it next to a pen for size reference.

Bought this as my toddler's second tablet. It is sturdy, good responsiveness on touch screen, stays connected to the internet, everything you need. I like that the power button is actually raised up from the side as it makes the table easy to turn off and silence.BIG WARNING: Comes with the IWANA parental control program which I mostly like but you need to disable the two children's video apps that come preloaded. They are sorted with filters for kids content by keyword but I guarantee a parent has not screened the results. There were adult jokes and humping cartoon characters in the Teletubbies category under a non-Teletubby name but because the video used #teletubbies in it's description, it made the cut. I found similar things for other popular programs/ characters like Spiderman and Frozen. These programs have no good way to edit the content so I blocked them from my kiddo using the options in the IWANA program.

I have to say, for it's price, this tablet is pretty lackluster. The loading speed leaves much to be desired, the 'protective case' is a freaking joke. More than that, it's not exactly something that is intuitive to use, as it basically throws you into the wind and expects you to figure out how to do everything.Just buy the Amazon Kindle.

This tablet has easy to use parental controls and a wonderful selection of games and books for toddlers and children. The Graphics are fun and colorful and the tablet can be customized for the child's maturity level. It has a tough case protect to against breakage. I had questions and emailed the company and the response was quick and helpful. Great features for a reasonable price
