I bought these for my husband who wore them for 30 years in law enforcement back when they were made by Mr Hatch. Safariland bought the name and are manufacturing them overseas. Now they are garbage. The large was way to small and the quality so bad, I didn't bother exchanging them for a larger size. If I could give them 0 stars, I would.

Way to tight.
They look nice and seem decently durable; but I was looking for a work glove. They don't seem that durable. I find myself surprised at the size. I ordered Extra Large, despite the fact I wear a medium to large. These are so tight they cut circulation. It comes with a chart to measure what size you need - and I fit in the Large department of the chart. So then why, does the Extra Large, as it says on the box, cut my circulation? =/Why does it feel like two weeks from now these will start to tear...I should have gone with the cheapest ones on here, they at least, look built to last, but I wanted a nice pair...these are not them.I guess if you want stylish winter gloves, or gloves to look like you're a tough guy; good gloves, but these aren't meant for people who, you know, work. Despite being listed under Work Gloves on Amazon.Maybe the Leather will break in and be more comfortable; I don't know, but hand starts to get pins and needle a few seconds after putting these on. Immensely disappointed.I may bring these for a few days and see if they loosen up and seem to do well, but I will most likely be sending them back and in the future, buying gloves in store.

Excited
After owning a pair of Hatch Street Guards w/ Kevlar (SGK100) and falling in love with them, I figured I'd give this pair a go for more of a daily driver set. I know this is unrelated, but I wear my Street Guards for heavier use, specifically on search warrants. They're nice because while they do protect against the random blade found strewn within a perp's possession's, they also have a microfiber sweat-wiper built into the thumb. I'm sure most of you reading this are aware of how hot raid vests can be. It's certainly a handy feature of the Street Guards. That being said, I decided I'd go with Hatch for something that I can wear even off-duty as they don't have such a tactical look to them. I went with a cut resistant glove again just for that extra bit of piece of mind while I'm going about my day-to-day life. Some reviewers have said that they run a bit small. I bought a Large in the Street Guards per Hatch's recommendation and they fit... well... like a glove. I will update this review as soon as my Resisters arrive to inform you of fit and stretch. But, I'm sure these will be top notch just as my older set of Hatch gloves were.

Great Gloves
I use these gloves on patrol and they are very comfortable. they are a tight fit, but great for a shooting glove and seem to be stretching. Ill bee purchasing these again when they get warn out.

Plush leather, tight fit.
They fit tight. Soak them in lukewarm water for 15 minutes then wring excess water out and wear until mostly dry. They will then conform to your hand and fit nicely but not painfully snug like they do out of the package. I don't find I have the same dexterity as with neoprene or nylon/cotton frisk gloves but they are decent. If handling a weapon I prefer something with a little more dexterity so these will be by "in station" search gloves. They offer no warmth factor so don't buy them expecting to keep your hands warm.

Hatch protective gloves
I've had my hatch gloves for over ten years. I wouldn't want to work without them. In security work we search through a lot of bags and do pat downs on some pretty shady looking characters fairly often. I am confident with these gloves that I'm not going to become a casualty by being stabbed, sliced, or poked by a knife, razor blade, or needle when I have to stick my hand into someone's bag or pockets. They also protect against blood exposure and dirty kleenexes. I really wouldn't want to do my job without them. I highly recommend them for others who might find themselves in the same occupation.

Best looking best performing
I have owned these gloves for over 13 years of law enforcement and they are the best looking, best performing gloves I have ever owned.
