I asked my doctor if I needed supplements and she recommended these. I’m so cautious because, in the past, a multi vitamin supplement always caused stomach distress. These are easy to swallow capsules and just as easy on my stomach. I was shocked that I had no burps, after taste, and I feel confident that they’re quality based on the fact that my doctor recommended them. She’s super careful about recommending an over the counter supplement so I knew I could trust this company and this product specifically.

I had the MTHFR gene where you can’t methylate folate and my doctor recommended these. I do think I am feeling slightly more energetic and They have become a part of my daily routine.

I’ve been taking these for over a month now and I have noticed a difference in my energy levels. Not a major difference. But I’ll keep taking them.

I’m a terrible pill taker.. I do really well for a month then my schedule gets disrupted and I’m off. These are a little hard to swallow, I think it’s because they are so lite. As for the product, I do have more energy and feel great when taking these. These are the only vitamin supplement I take and will continue.

Ok, not to sound like some Vita-Meta-Vegamin plug or anything but these little babies first crossed my path about 2 years ago when I was not doing very well. At first they were given to me by a friend (not a doctor) and he explained to me that these little guys were originally developed (I believe) for patience with Cancer/HIV (Basically anyone with an immune deficiency problem). I started to research the things he gave me that were named after a movie and I found out that not only what he said was true but some states even cover them in the state provided medical insurance. Within about 2 or 3 days I am not kidding I felt like Superman and within a month had a strength coming from my core that I had never felt. I have given these guys to people in the office that are getting sick etc and typically when others around them are out sick they have gotten better. So maybe they are not so good if your trying to dodge the office lol. Just make sure you do eat them with a FULL meal I take mine about halfway into it otherwise your stomach is going to be killing you.

Good quality vitamin contents!

Very expensive and the pills you get are either empty, 1/2 full or 3/4 full. I have attached just a few photos. I would give no stars if I could. Best part is they do not take retruns. Stay far away from this vendor.
