Armored Core Weapon Unit 016 1/72

As with any Kotobukiya product, this piece looks great and is very fun to assemble. Unfortunately, they made a mistake with the scale on this one. It fits in the hand of the kits it was designed for, but otherwise it is way too big and looks very goofy on a model. http://i.imgur.com/XvOZAY2.jpg As you can see in this image, it is close to the same total height as the characters it was designed for. In the source material video game series, this weapon is not so large.However, it is an iconic weapon in the game series, and does look good after it is assembled. So I can recommend it, if your model kit display area calls for a specific item pedestal.

A good weapon kit for the Armored core and Frame Arms. Only real criticism I have is that it is somewhat oversized compared to the unit represented in the video games. Detail is good all over. No flashing or swirls in the plastic or on the sprues.

Not exactly to scale, it's huge and a tad pricey [Even though Karasawa/Canopus are massive, anyway]But a good representation of the renowned HI laser rifle

後部に２本突き出たコンデンサ部までを含めた場合、手持ち用武器ではシリーズ最長、最大級の大きさです。（次点となるテルスのキットの右手武器は約１ｃｍ短い）大味な印象を感じさせないディテールなど造形面はバッチリ。　中空部分が多く、銃口とその下のセンサーにＬＥＤを仕込むといった電飾の入門用にもいいと思います。全１２パーツ。大きいとは言え、これひとつだともの足りなく感じるのが残念。

待望のカノサワがキット化、モナカ割りパーツが3組あるので、初の継ぎ目消しの練習をさせてもらいました。塗装ではマスキングの練習もしようかと、あと上記の方のLED仕込むのもいいですね。
