Q: What is the length of each sleeve?

I'm not exactly sure what is meant by this questions. If I understand correctly, each sleeve is about 11.5 inches. The overall length of the bar is about 6 ft and the distance between the sleeves (most important) is 49" which is barely enough but enough room to fit a standard bench rack. Hope this helps.

it fits on the squat rig. length between collars 52.5 inches

It fits on an Olympic rack. Inside the collars, the bar length is the same as a standard 7' bar. Should be rack-able on all racks with a 2" wide upright.
