The handle should have extra rubber support, and side pockets higher to hold a regular water bottle at least. In packaging the top area was bent, and the support foam in it broken or strongly bent. I keep a hoodie in it to push it up. So far no luck. I wish it would had been packed better and that area would had been filled with a paper or air bubbles. Not as practical for me as I thought it will be. No place for laptop, camera component is too small. Would only use for photo walk, and still have one lens on the above area. Fabric is nice, well made. Just not for me.
