I was looking for a thicker mat and this one is perfect. I got the lime green one so the color is really fun. The foam is thick and comfortable yet still feels sturdy enough to last for a long time. I also appreciate the smaller mat for your knees or back. I need the extra support. I am using this mat to help in the rehab of my shoulder after surgery and I appreciate that it makes my floor routine so much more comfortable. It would be excellent for yoga or pilates also. The carrying strap is handy and easy to take on and off. I would buy this mat again and I would recommend it to a friend.

Great mat, comfortable and thick padding. The mat is durable and feels like it’s made with quality materials. It has been easy to clean any sweat off after a workout. Also easy to roll back up and store. I like the green color and highly recommend.

Excellent quality. Full length and good width. Non-slip corrugated bottom. On arrival it was rolled tightly and 1/4 inch thick - expanded with use to 1/2 inch. Separate knee pad was 1/2 inch thick on arrival. Best value for the cost. Carry Velcro bands work well.

I usually use the thinner mats and saw this beautiful bright green one that is thick! It came super fast and is so comfy to use. It makes my workouts so much more comfortable. The material is super durable and my shoes have caused no damage! Definitely worth buying.

Mat is nice and plush. Definitely helped me do push ups on the floor without hurting my knees!

This mat is thicker than our previous mat and it is nice and soft. It will make stretching on the hard floors so much nicer. The extra kneeling mat is a bonus. the price is spectacular and it shipped fairly quick.
