This is a fluffy powder and a little messy scooping it out but it seems to be good quality and I feel it is working. I switched to this instead of Pure brand because of price and quality and I am not disappointed. I'm using it to heal from 3 rounds of Cdiff. I had a lapse in between the time that I ran out of Pure and ordered this and experienced belly pain but since starting this for a few days the pain is little to none. It takes a long time to heal your gut. I will be using this for a very long time!

Research shows this helps reduce the inflammatory response & helps heal/tighten the junctions of the gastrointestinal tract lining.
