We have an elderly cat (21 years old) that has arthritis and is mostly blind but is still very full of life, so we buy these pads to go around the box for her when she misses where she is supposed to go. They are large enough to cover at least 8 inches around the whole outside of the box when we use two. We change them out daily or twice a day. They do not have a smell but again, we change them frequently so I am not sure if they would stink if we went longer than a day. They do get discolored, so it's easy to see when she goes on them and they need to be changed out. They have not leaked onto our wood floors, and we have been using these for several months now.

I’ve ordered these pee pads multiple times, and for good reason , they work like magic. No leaks, no weird smells, no mess on my floor (thank you!!). I swear, these things could absorb a small lake.I’ve tried other brands, but they either felt like tissue paper or smelled funky after one use. These? Thick, reliable, and my pup actually aims for them (miracle, right?).Honestly, if you’re tired of cleaning up mystery puddles, get these. They’ve saved my sanity — and probably my floors too. 😂

I have mixed feelings about these pee pads. I am a long time user of KIRKLAND brand doggie pee pads. But, I didn't renew my card so alternate options had to be considered. I lay down 4 and overlap somewhat to create a square. My dog is 20 yrs old and is a potty pad baby since birth. She has never missed her potty area. So for us, there is no leakage... yet. I do find these pads to be extremely thin! That is my concern right now. The Kirkland brand are thicker and contains the urine to a smaller area. These pee pads catch the urine, but it is spread to the size of a dinner plate when she is done. She, meaning a female, 10 lb chihuahua dog! And she HATES to get her feet wet when she is peeing! I was hoping that when I took the pads out of the bag they were suctioned in, they would fluff up some, but no. I can see myself changing these pads more often. So, value for money...if I use twice as often changing, No! I may just have to resort back to Kirkland.

I have a diabetic kitty that goes to the bathroom a lot. The litter boxes is insane so I’ve had to put this underneath the litter box so that a pool of urine didn’t form after a few days. These have been a lifesaver inside my box for my kitty tends to spray as well. Great size perfect for what you need them for!

I haven’t two small yorkiepoos who are housebroken. These pads work very well for my needs. They have great absorption and hold the moisture, unless the female gets too close to the edge of the pad. They are a good quality and the convenience of Amazon delivering them totally my door makes them the best choice for me.

I believe the item is the same as ordered previously with one exception. The fold. The original I ordered is the smaller fold on the right. No problem with that one. The one in the middle is the fold that came this time. Extremely hard to open because you can hardly see where to grab to open it. And then the one side, as shown on the almost open one on the left/on the right-hand edge is creased and folded tightly, so it takes a lot of effort to get that one edge to lay flat. My 16 1/2-year-old dog is completely pad trained so I need to change these numerous times throughout the day. Now everything takes longer. I'd like to ask Amazon, why did they change the folding process? I'm not going to attempt to return them as I order 400 at a time and I can't lift more than 10 lbs.

Does a great job! I have these on recurring subscription and they always arrive on time! My dog uses them which is what I’m happy about!
