I have reordered this product twice. They are comfortable and offer good support for my high arches. I have them in all my shoes.

Great support!
I put these in my tennis shoes and sandals. It took me several attempts to place them but after I got them positioned right they fit great and was very comfortable on my arches.

Provide great support
These arches provide great arch support, however they move when wet, so its a little tricky in the rain.

Didn't like that it does not stick to shoe as it is supposed to, hard time keeping it in place!

I glued these onto my thong slippers and they feel wonderful. Also use in my other sandals.

Comfy but don’t stay put
These are comfy and do the job. But they do not stick in place on fabric insoles. I had no problem with hard, soft insoles.

Not sticking
it would be a great ide to put these in your shoes for and extra arch support, if only it stick on its place. it got annoying when it was sliding inside the shoe, so i stopped using it

Good for light support
I got these because I have a bit of a flat foot and recently sprained my ankle. I had the suspicion that the tendency of my foot laying flat was impeding my ankle to heel properly. Almost instantly after using these I felt a significant relief in pain throughout the day and swelling at the end of the day diminished immensely. I can’t speak on the adhesive because I have not adhered them to my shoes. I slip them inside my socks and they stay in place in my shoe and when I’m walking about the house because I don’t use shoes inside my home. If you have a higher arch and looking for that high arch support, I do not recommend these. They’re only 1/4 of an inch in cushion led height. Only reason I didn’t give it 4 stars if because I can’t speak on the adhesive and I do wish they were a bit higher cushion.

A bit disappointed
It’s alot flatter than I was expecting. If I stack three it may help a tiny bit.

To thin
This product is to thin. I can't even feel that it is there. Would be great if it was thicker, it is a good size and sticks well.

Works fine
tricky to wear on open slippers as it does not stick permanently. the arch may be too high for some, so maybe the arch size/height should be varied with options to buy in different sizes.
