Brain Wave Vibration (Second Edition) Lee
I was truly amazed at the writing of this book. I have studied the physical body for many years never intending to become a physician but to be able to help people in pain. This was a great book that created most of the exercises so easy to do that health is almost expected. I believe in the vibration of the body and I believe the energy field is the soul made in His Image!!!

This book is by far the most insightful book I've read. It's so simple yet so effective. I definitely would recommend it.

Nothing new under the sun
Spoiler alert: I will tell you how to do brain wave vibration at the end of this review. This book is decent. It repeats a lot of philosophies that anyone who has done any spiritual study with any major religion will have heard hundreds of times. It's written in an easy to understand, friendly manner. It's also got some interesting research that you can actually confirm comes from real articles. So, why am I giving it only 3 stars? Because Ilchi Lee, or whoever his ghostwriter was, presents everything as if it's new ideas created by Ilchi Lee, and it's not. (Ilchi Lee often makes an introduction on the videos on his website. He can barely speak English, let alone write it so eloquently.) it's all ideas that have been around for centuries. Also, you are almost through with the book before he finally talks about brain wave vibration. Why? To do brain wave vibration, all you need to do is move your head. Move it side to side. Now, put on some good music, sit with your eyes closed, move your head, and let your body begin to move with the music, also. Feel free to do interpretive dance while sitting in the meditative position. Just let yourself flow where your body wants to flow. Move. You got it!

Well-Written Justification for Fidgeting People
As a "Non'Joiner" and someone who has long held most self-help texts in contempt, I found this book to be refreshingly different. Lee presents a common sense concept with grace and articulates the ideas well. If you have ever been reprimanded for "fidgeting" then this book is for you. The idea that we are beings who were designed with a need to move is the premise of this book. The last 30% of the text is comprised of editorializing and the reviews of others who support Lee's line of thinking, but the first sections are a mixture of common sense and spiritual ideals. Although the concept is simple, the book does not come across as condescending.

A very good book
I love the Brainwave Vibration book because of the following reasons- it's easy to read- it helps me to be aware of my own thoughts and how mythoughts can affect my happiness- it encourages me to continue hoping for a better worldI have bought a total of 10 copies of this book and gave them to my family and friends.I strongly recommend this book.Best regards.

Don't try this if you have scoliosis!
I have benefited from yoga at various times in my life to reduce stress and stay in good physical health, so I was eager to try Brain Wave Vibration. Ilchi Lee encourages head shaking and general body vibrations, combined with the power of positive thinking, to improve your state of health. I initially felt really good, until in the middle of the night, the right side of my back tightened up so much that it was painful to roll over in bed. This morning, my mobility was severely limited. Apparently, I had kinked my back to the point that I was incapacitated for several hours. I had to go back to bed, and use more traditional yoga techniques to work out the kink. I now have residual pain. While it's possible that Brain Wave Vibration may work for some people, DO NOT TRY THIS if you have scoliosis (curvature of the spine.) You may want to stick to more traditional yoga instead.

Interesting ideas but the practical program didn't keep me onboard for long.
This vibration therapy appealed to me in theory but not in practice. I found it boring after several days and stopped the program

Very useful and beneficial. With diligent practice, can change your condition remarkably. Different for Western cultures, but try to suspend judgement and give it a chance!

Interesante. El señor Ilchi Lee da una serie de simples ejercicios que dice promueven la salud. Como aclara al principio, con dos páginas ya sería suficiente para explicar su método, el resto del libro es bastante relleno, pero a pesar de todo merece la pena por tener la explicación de cómo realizar los ejercicios.
