Ultimate Hygiene Product

It is a decent product for travel. I used it while healing from a lumbar fusion. Full disclosure, not enough space in the bulb to get enough water to build enough pressure for tougher jobs in the restroom. But doing anything after a lumbar fusion is hard, so maybe I was just having a hard time with life in general... It did help me rinse my bottom in the shower when I didnt have a detachable shower head. It was worth the money.

I bought this for personal care after surgery. The ergonomics of the spray head and wand are fantastic. The only problem is that the plastic of squeeze bottle softens when you put warm water in it. That causes the cap to loosen and leak. I bought another brand hand held bidet at the same time. It doesn't leak. However, it has a short, straight wand with three, little spray opening. It is difficult to direct the spray properly. The difference in effectiveness on the Hygene Refresh is well worth dealing with the leaks. My surgeon is going to recommend this product to his patients.

length of nozzle is good. but if you squeeze it a bit too much the lid pops off along with the gasket and ring into the toilet. sometimes you just need a little bit of water pressure for good cleaning, so this only gets 3 stars because the lid will not stay on. Some kind of waterproof, discrete carrying case would be a nice touch so that I could put it in my purse.

I am thankful for this product. I needed it after gallbladder surgery. I am not having the leaking issues I see in other reviews. I wish the water container was a little larger but I guess if it was, it wouldn't be very portable. This has been a great help to me.

The product works as advertised. I found one thing I have to be careful of. If I squeeze the bottle too hard the stem will separate from the bottle and fall into the toilet. Otherwise it is prettyn good. Just what I have been loloking for.

Suffering with IC this is a very easily used cleaning device which I keep ready for use all the time. This is a replacement as my first one's top went missing.

the first time I used this, I was not impressed, thought it was too big and awkward compared to my other one that I store in a bag in my purse for travel use. The more I used it, the more I loved it. The length is awesome and a great benefit. Holds good amount of water. Has made hygiene wonderful again.

Sadly, when filled with water and turned sideways (as is needed), when squeezing blue bottle, it Leaks everywhere from cap rim/or ring where screwed on. May need to be redesigned with foam or rubber ring that can withstand water pressure when squeezed.

The join between the bottle and the spout leaked unless you were very careful to make sure the threads were lined up and tightened firmly otherwise when you squeezed the bottle, the water came out of the join, not the spout. Even when you are careful, the moment you put the bottle level to use it the the water pours out of the spout before you are ready to squeeze the bottle to make a jet directed in the right place. Another problem is the multi holed spout uses up more water than the bottle really holds, so you only get a few seconds of spray. I got better with practise but I don't find it easy to use. I intend to use it for wild camping where I don't want to have to dispose of tissue paper. In the great outdoors it won't matter that the water gets splashed about. I think however refilling a washing up bottle would be more effective and easier to use.

I would love a genuine bidet, but sadly my bathroom isn't big enough and would have to be re-plumbed. This portable "bidet" sprays water where you need it, but the bulb leaks a bit, so it's quite messy. In my original review I wrote that I wouldn't recommend it, but I have now revised my opinion. Despite the tendency for the bulb to leak slightly, the overall use is actually effective, I've found. I'm trying to source a better bulb that fits more tightly on to the tube. It's a shame that this good idea is let down by poor design and/or manufacturing. But the item is cheap enough to try it and see how you fare with it.

This wasnt for me but my partner, she says it's good for what it does, nothing special about it, it reaches where she needs it and that is the main object of buying it.

I found it fiddly to get it to seal but once it is it does its job. But when using a raised toilet seat you have to remember the hole in the seat is usually smaller.
