Good neck support
I have been using this for past 1 year and I am more than happy with the quality and neck support it provides. There is always a gap between the neck and the headrest. In long journey one can feel the pressure with constant jerkings, Not only the head remains steady also it provides good support.I don't use this for travelling as it won't assist with sleep in flights.
