Nothing great.
I've been using this for 2 months. My periods were pretty regular and remained regular. I haven't noticed any other benefits. It hasn't slowed down facial hair growth infact I feel the opposite has happened since I've started taking this. The pills themselves are really big and it is quite expensive compared to other PCOS supplements.

Amazing Supplement!
so I have been taking this supplement for almost 40 days now, morning and evening with meal alongside workout and healthy eating! I have felt a huge difference in my energy levels and overall health specially it has assisted me in weight loss alongside, craving less sugar and has reduced hair fall. I do believe this supplement has made a difference and perfect for those suffering PCOD / PCOS symptoms. Definitely would recommend to all women out there. Worked for me. You should give it a try. It is costly medicine though. 1400 per month is too much.
