These LED bulbs cast a bright but not-too-bright white light (cool white). They can be used to replace old, hot halogen bulbs. Unlike my old bulbs, these bulbs come on instantly, with no delay. I hope they last as long as advertised, 30,000 hours. That will keep me off a ladder to replace bulbs for years and years and years. These bulbs also will fit into any old halogen fixture, like my torcher floor lamps, security lights, and workshop mobile work lights.These bulbs fit in my old ceiling light fixtures that were designed for 300-watt and 150-watt Halogen bulbs. Boy, did my old halogen bulbs heat up a room in winter, and in the summer too.I bought these LED light bulbs to replace a burned-out LED bulb that I bought 3 years ago. That very thick bulb burned-out bulb was one of the least expensive LED bulbs I bought ($5 at that time, including direct shipping from China), all of which burned out very prematurely.

Worked fine for a spare bathroom light. Very brillant 6,500k blue hue light. Off and on usage of maybe 5hrs a week. 2 of the 3 installed bulbs lasted 3 years. Which was a little over 5,000 hrs, out of the proclaimed 30,000hrs.Now they are flickering on and off like an 80's nightclub.Will buy more reputable name brand bulbs to replace these.

Like it and and value for money

LED bulbs are supposed to last tens of thousands of hours, and their listing claims 30k. All 3 of these died within 2 years and they're in my laundry room that is rarely used. The light is only turned on while loading and unloading, which is very little use per month. Had these lasted the 30k they claim, I could've had 3.4 years of 24/7 light.

These only last a few months before flickering or completely giving out. At this point it will save me money by replacing the light fixture for a standard bulb.My only options are to buy halogen T3 bulbs that use hundreds of watts of electricity and feel like a heat lamp in my living room, buy more of these to constantly replace burnt out ones in my 4 fixtures costing $60 a year or more, or replace the fixtures and be done with it... looks like I'm going to be replacing some fixtures.

Bought bulbs to replace Halogen bulb on my stand up work light. Nice bright light and alternative to having to buy a whole new LED worklight. LED is much safer and doesn’t get hot like the halogens do. They’re sort of pricey which is why I gave 4 stars for value. I can’t report on longevity since they are so new.
