Great buy, and great taste
Let me add my 5 stars to this products rating. I tried some of the Grade A syrup, and didn't like it on my hot cakes or with my lemonade cleanse diet drink. After reading the posts on this Grade B syrup I decided to give it a try. I could not believe how great it tasted, and it really improved the taste of the drink. Just ordered two more 32 oz bottles. Before I placed my second order tonight I found an off brand of Grade B MS at a local store I shop at once in a while. It was 14.00 for a 13 oz bottle, that convinced me what a great buy this was, and with the order of two there is no s/h charges!

So good!
I have been looking for a grade "b" tasting maple syrup since the grade scale changed. I have tried many top rated brands. This one is the best by far. I gave it 4 stars because it came in an envelope. The lid was broken & the bottom of the bottle wS damaged. This was not the fault of the delivery driver. My ring camera showed that it was placed on my porch with care. It really should be in a box to be shipped.

The best drip-free pour spout, and good syrup too!
This syrup is good, but because of the higher price for this stuff I usually buy maple syrup at Whole Foods. The Whole Foods brand grade B syrup tastes just as good, is also organic, but costs about a third less than this product. The packaging/container of this product is far superior to any other Maple Syrup packaging. They have solved the problem of syrup dripping all over the bottle after you pour, with a cap that is similar to liquid laundry detergent caps. It's worth buying this product at least once just to get the container.I used this syrup up and now I refill it with the cheaper stuff from Whole Foods, which also comes in a 32 oz jug so it fits perfectly. If the price of this product was just a bit more competitive, I would buy it all the time.Grade B syrup is where it's at if you like a rich maple flavor. If you prefer a lighter flavor then you can go for Grade A, but being a maple lover and having tried both I never get Grade A anymore.

Hooray for Grade B!
I was a little hesitant to order ths, since Grade B is described as having a "stronger" flavor than Grade A, and often used in cooking. I am delighted to report the flavor is NOT to strong, and is perfect on pancakes and waffles. This syrup is of excellent quality at a good price, and I will continue to order it. I pity those folks out there who think Log Cabin or Mrs. Butterworth's is what you're supposed to use on your pancakes.

Syrup is good, but the no-drip pour spout is AMAZING!
The syrup is good, but I'm not hypercritical. I like grade B for higher mineral content (healthier than grade A). The 5 stars is more for the packaging that the syrup itself. The lid on this is awesome and if you don't want a mess in your fridge from drippy pour spouts, this is worth the extra money. Why can't all packagers figure this out?!?!

Think Before You Order
I LOVE maple syrup. Especially when it's dark and flavorful. I've had several different kinds. Some boutique brands. So, when I saw this, I thought I'd give it a try. I was REALLY disappointed. I think the only thing I can compare this syrup to is Cane Syrup, which I HATE. I just can't stand overly sweet things. Yeah, all you sugar addicts are scratching your heads. This syrup is sooo sweet that it tastes like cane syrup with sugar dissolved in it.It was Sunday morning and I made one of my husband's favorite things. My French Toast. He cooked some Thick Cut Applewood Smoked Bacon. The coffee was hot, and we sat down anticipating a really good meal. Unfortunately, both he and I had the same reaction with the first mouthful. We both paused mid chew. We couldn't believe it. I was surprised we were able to get a good portion of it down. But, we both had to stop. Don't get me wrong, my husband's favorite thing is anything sugar with sugar on top...and, it was too much for him. I was/am VERY disappointed. That was an expensive lesson. I definitely will not be buying this again. To whoever makes the product, I am really sorry. I hate doing this but, to us, it was THAT BAD.
