THE REASON TO TAKE THIS SUPPLEMENT
When your blood-work shows that you have macrocytosis, that means your red blood cells have enlarged. The first reason that makes this happen is that you are deficient in b12/L-Methylfolate. My Doctor recommended that I should take supplements of both. So I began to do that, and although it takes 2 to 3 months to get back to normal, it does solve the problem. It did work, so I can recommend it. Make sure to check with your own Doctor first, however.
