The custom-made, dental whitening trays I obtained from Whiter Smile Labs are PERFECT. The finished trays are formed of high-quality material, fitting snug to my teeth, just as nice as anything dentists have made for me in years past. I couldn't be more pleased!I must admit that my first attempts to get a good set of impressions with the mold kit that comes in the initial shipment were disastrous. Yeah, I'd watched the video, but just couldn't get the last molars to sink firmly into the putty. I contacted the good folks at WSL, who instructed me on how to practice with the dry molding trays, twisting each mold tray as needed to cover my teeth . . . BEFORE mixing and inserting the putty. Whiter Smile Labs kindly sent me a replacement batch of putty at no charge, and my second try proved successful.As for the whitening gel that comes with the mold kit, well, I've used other brands and strengths, but the WSL whitening gel beats 'em all. A single session resulted in significantly whiter and brighter teeth, and because the custom trays fit so well, there was no gum irritation, whatsoever. Most highly recommended.

You will see results the first time you use it. This product is very potent. One caveat is that you have to get the custom made teeth trays. I tried to use other trays and they just don't work well, you loose a lot of gel and the gel gets all over you mouth and you end up swallowing it. I experienced little tooth sensitivity but I manage that with sensodineMy gums get inflamed and they hurt if I use too much product.

The trays are a good fit and gel seems to work well.
