I thought the tea set and extra cups and saucers were beautiful. I bought them as a gift to a special friend. At first, when I saw the items were not made in England that they were copies of the Royal Doulton brand I favored many years ago. I had no idea the company had been transferred to Indonesia. I did expect the Royal Doulton logo on each piece but I suppose everything changes. I also remember when Royal Albert was a brand in itself but guess that has all changed too. I am eighty eight years old and have not bought china pieces in many years. I am very pleased with this lovely tea set and it will make a beautiful gift.

I've always wanted something - anything - in this pattern and the very affordable price for this 3-piece set enabled me to finally get my wish. My only regret is that it is no longer made in England. The set is made in Indonesia, is very beautiful, and it has the nice look and feel of fine porcelain. The packaging within its original box was excellent, even including a mesh protector over the spout of the teapot. However, for shipping, the original box was placed inside another larger box with only crumpled paper as a buffer. I think styrofoam in some form would have been superior, especially for a product of this caliber. I could feel the original box sliding in the larger box. All in all, the teapot, creamer and sugar is fantastic and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend ordering this set to anyone who wants one.

I can not stop showing my friends this set. It is just beautiful. It came in a beautiful box and packed so well that there was no chance of it breaking. Yes it is made in China but it does not deter from its well made status. I have ordered the accompanying serve ware ( cake stands, muffin tray..ect..), so i can have a proper High Tea in my home every week. It is an art that is being enjoyed in this home, i even have 2 young boys ( 7 & 8 ) who feel very special when i use these to have afternoon tea with them after school. We sip tea and enjoy fresh pumpkin scones and they tell me about their day. I look forward to one day having daughter in-laws that i can buy these for. Truly beautiful for making very sweet memories.

Absolutely beautiful, brand new and perfect condition. Delivered right away packaged very carefully. I have bought other pieces from Macy’s and they all matched exactly the same. Macy’s was on back order for many months, I was scared to buy this product because wasn’t sure if it would be different in design. It matched exactly 2 the products I had bought from Macy’s. Very happy with the set. A wonderful gift for any to collector or mother.

Good quality for price,cant say after while as just got it. But good so far.

First time I order the pieces were broken with no fragile sticker on the box. Next time I order received it after three months of first shipments since it wasn’t available. Thanks this time the pieces were fine.
