This is the first one-star review I've ever done. We bought three and are VERY disappointed in this product because:1. The fabric is VERY thin and the bags have no structure, so it is hard to get the top to stay open to get the horse's nose inside the bag.2. The bags are HUGE. If your horse has a head the size of a rhino, then maybe it will fit. It was even WAY too big for our draft.3. The bags are too tall and cover our horse's eyes when they eat.4. After the third feeding, the bottom came out of one of the bags.5. After the 4th feeding the bottom strap had disintegrated on a second bag.We bought these for a small nonprofit therapeutic riding program and sadly feel our donors' money was wasted. We have also used feedbags for years without bag trouble like this. Again, very disappointed in this product.

While this bag worked well for its purpose, quality did not hold up. Head strap ripped off the bag completely on one side and 3/4 of the way on the other. We didn’t leave it on him either. We only had this about 2 months. Would be better to spend a few more $$ on a higher quality bag.I used this to feed my Appy gelding with a little feed aggression. He wouldn’t let the mini gelding even get to his own feed. With this, he is very secure about his feed and lets the mini eat out his own bin. No chasing etc. love it. Could be a little smaller canvas bag, circumference and length but it gets the job done and no issues.

It is holding up better than other bags I've used. The size is great for my Quarter Horses (average size halter/bridle). The bag is wide as opposed to deep, so it doesn't get stuck when you're trying to put it on.

When I got it the feed bag and inspected it I thought it looked great. Put a small amount of munchies in the bag put it on the horse and watched. Worked really well. Horse ate out of it just fine. Turn my back to go do something else and when I looked again not even a minute later my horse and taken it off his head (assuming with his foot) and ripped the mesh. This was the first time my three-year-old had a feed bag on his head but it didn’t take much to figure out how to get it off and break it. Clearly not sturdy enough for horse use! Wouldn’t buy this product even if it was $5.

I have one older horse that needs senior feed with supplements for his joints. With this feed bag it is not wasted or eaten by the other horses. I like the front of it is mesh so breathable. I think it is sturdy and made well and the price is really good. I think I will get a couple more.

I also have a cashel its made much sturdier and thicker worth the cost to go cashel

Both of these fell apart in just under a couple weeks of being used just once a day. The mesh tore on one and the complete bottom fell out of the other. After my horses are finished I immediately take them off so it wasn’t wear and tear. Not happy with this product.

I like the product it's easy to use. It is larger than I had thought. I had purchased others before I suppose I just didn't even think they made them this big.

Way to big and canvas with fabric mesh instead of plastic
