Good for your health. There's pros and cons.
It's really good for your health. However they say serving size is 4 pills and so they don't give you enough in one bottle to last a month which is a bad deal.

The capsules were only half full
I thought because the label indicated that there is 1500 mg of concentrated extract of the Guggul herb that the capsules would reflect that. They appear half full in comparison to another Guggul product that has 750 mg. Not only that, PipingRock has fillers, such as silica, dicalcium phosphate and vegetable magnesium stearate. I have diabetes and high blood pressure and should not have some of these additives especially silica.

These shipped super quick. I began taking this and a couple of other herbs after researching healthy thyroid functions and have not been disappointed by the results!
