Yippydada Foxy Real Leather Baby Diaper Bag, Red

I was really excited to get this bag because it looked chic and NOT like a baby bag. Once it arrived though, it was a lot smaller than I thought it was going to be which is not necessarily a bad thing if the storage is adequate. But the two pockets on the side of the bag are so small that you could not get a bottle for baby or for mommy in there. In fact, I doubt you could find any drink skinny enough to fit in there.The inside is nicely lined with a wipeable material and two elastic pockets that are again, too small. They might hold a diaper cream or lotion but even newborn diapers are far too big to fit in there. Part of the Chaos of a diaper are all the floating diapers (I know as I am on kid #3) and this does not contain any of it.It also comes with a leather diaper changing pad that is nicely padded but since it is made of leather-it is pretty stiff and takes up most of the room inside the bag. It also comes with an insulated leather bottle holder but this piece is so large and stiff that if a bottle were to be inside it-I don't think it would fit into the bag.The leather of the bag itself is very good quality and the bag seems to be made well (though I wish it had metal feet on the bottom) but it is just not designed well as a baby bag. I will be returning this promptly.

I bought this item in february in preparation for our baby that was just born. Usually leather smells fantastic, but there is a piece of cowhide inside of the bag that stinks like dirty feet. The stitching attaching the straps to the bag are coming all the way undone. And metal spokes are coming out of the frame of the bag. I have been using this bag for 4 days. I loved the satchel look, long strap, the color, brass hardware, and the fact that it was real leather and easy to clean. It just does not measure up to its price or the quality in which I would expect real leather to have. It should last forever. I need a refund. Or a MUCH better bag.
