Never used this kind of sugar, but works & tastes great in waffles. Throw a few in my coffee for a shy sweet kick! Bought from Anthony’s before. Pleased w/all their products so far.

Second time buying these pearls. They make the best Belgium waffles. It’s one of my kid’s favorite meals that they request. The sugar crystals are just the right size and give the perfect crunch in a cooked waffle. I will always have this bag in my pantry

These sugar pearls are super good and are easy to apply to any recipe. However they are a little expensive. The chunks of sugar are a little bigger than other brands I have used, so that means they don’t melt as well either.

I saw a recipe for lige waffles- similar to Belgium but different- and this product was in the ingredients list. I haven’t tried making them yet but I received the product promptly and in great condition. Thank you.
