These were very easy to install and the price was good. Be careful not to jam the box with too much excess cable or it will release the snap. Overall, very good purchase.

This outlet works well. I didn't understand this from the description, but the important point is that you need to have RJ45 and RJ11 jacks on the wires inside the wall. The connections have the RJ45 and RJ11 sockets on both sides of the outlet. The vendor should post a photo of the back of the outlet.Also, if you wanted some different or unusual combination of sockets, these have identical mounts, and are easily removed, so, for instance, if you ordered two of these RiteAV items, you could swap the sockets and have one outlet with two RJ11 sockets and one outlet with two RJ45 sockets.

Good quality, connectors fit well. I purchased this to use existing wall box for adding ethernet connection to an existing telephone connection.I will echo that the connections on the back are plug in, not hard wire. I had to adapt the old hard wire wall plate for plug - no big deal.

I wanted to add an Ethernet port to the existing phone jack at the desk in our kitchen. After measuring and drilling up through the ceiling in the basement to hit the 4 inch gap between walls, I fished a CAT6 cable up the wall and connected to the main switch in the basement. I found an unused phone cable to connect the existing phone jack to the back of this plate, and screwed the plate onto the wall. All in all, about an hour for the entire job. Works and looks great!

Have ordered a single Cat6 version of this product and finding that to be a quality product, I had no problem ordering this version when the need arose. I will mention that if needed, it is quite easy to remove and replace the individual plugs with this item. So if you wanted the phone jack above the Ethernet line it is easy to do by compressing a resting clip and pulling the plug back through the plate it is held in. Over all a high quality product. If need be, I will order this or another configuration again.

La plaque est jolie mais derrière c'est long. Pour un mur en stud 2 x 4 car 2 x3 c'est trop petit. J'ai fait une petite boite à l'extérieur du mur pour que ca fonctionne.
