For the price it can't be beat. Item arrived promptly and works as described (our kids think watching it go up and down is entertainment by itself). I will say there was a strong chemical smell when it rolls out. We washed it with a wet cloth and a solution of dish soap, vinegar, and water. The smell is still there two weeks later but it's clearly going away. It most likely needs to get aired out. It mounted really easy to our ceiling but it was with the stuff we had on hand since it didn't come with any screws. The instructions that came with it were really lousy, but it wasn't difficult to figure it out (push button to go up and down...).
