Almost perfect
Used for 4th of July, at first was struggling and figured had upside down. Make sure you have the open box part of Metal facing up. Didn't have directions only few pics on box. After got hang of it worked!

Couldn’t figure out how to use it.
I couldn’t get it to work like pictures. After using it to get a strip of melon then had to turn wheel to cut in pieces. But it’s easy even doing that.

Timesaver
We actually saw a product similar to this on a YouTube video and, since I hate cutting watermelon, I thought I would give it a try. I love it and I'm glad we purchased it! It is so simple to use and I've even got my kiddos using it. I don't have trouble with arthritis or anything, but I really think this would be helpful for anyone who has pain when using a knife. It requires very little pressure to use.

Not so bad.. but be careful
There were no instructions so at first I tried EVERYTHING to try to get this to work properly and could NOT. I FINALLY figured it out and it's actually pretty cool. It does however waste a LOT of the watermelon. Also, your chunks WILL go flying so be careful. I don't think I would put hase this again, but I did revise my first review!

Not worth it
I was exciting about this product but ended up returning it because it made a lot of mess. All juices were running out of the watermelon and there was a lot of wast. Good old knife is better.

Neat Little Tool!
This gadget makes cutting watermelon a snap! I slice the melon into quarters and then this tool does the rest! Nice cubes to start, and even works to scrape down the sides a bit and get smaller pieces. I always rinse it as soon as I’m done to make washing later easier.

Good concept, poor execution
I liked the concept, but the execution was pretty poor. The edges of the handle were so sharp, I cut my hands twice while using it and had to throw away sections of the melon I was cutting due to blood contamination.Once you get the hang of it, you find it fairly easy to use. Cutting a watermelon is always a messy job and it was not made neater by using this tool either. After all was said and done, I don’t think I truly saved anytime over my normal way of doing it, but at least I would not have cut myself multiple times. Just wish the manufactures would have made the handle area less dangerous.

Works fast
I debated on this but decided to go for it after watching a guy on YouTube demonstrate how effective it was in cutting up watermelon. I have 4 grandchildren that will love this and during the summer we can go through watermelon quickly. This device reduces the time to cut up watermelon into cubes and is easy, after a few practice runs. If you like your watermelon cubed, this will do the trick. Cuts right down to the rind.
