Helpful when wanting to make better meal choices. A few issues I had with the product: 1. Nutrition is inaccurate for a couple of items: cod salted is inaccurate (double the protein of any other meat/seafood/poultry item), and sirloin steak values appear too low.2. Make sure you pay attn to what they refer to as "service size". It would be more helpful if all the cards provided an actual serving size. Instead, the meats are mostly by a single serving size while most of the dairy and select other items are in the service size - which appears to just be a easy to measure size(ex 1 cup). Quality of magnet is 5 stars. Even with the above issues I'm glad I puchased.

I have been on keto for about 6-8 months now. I lost about 30 pounds of fat. I feel great and lean. I also do intermittent fasting. Anyways, this product is awesome.It gives me an insight into what meal is actually keto friendly or not. Although I generally know what is, but still, I can't remember all figures about any sort of meal. It gives you all details, such as amount of protein, carbs, and what's most important, FIBER, as fiber is not actually counted towards your carb consumption. Quality made, easily sticks to your fridge and gives you great reference point. Go KETO, people!

The magnets are easy to read, colorful and useful. You could def look up all this info when needed, but it's nice to have it handy in the kitchen.

I have just started my Keto reformation and thought these cheat sheets were a great idea. Little did I know, how great. I refer to them constantly and they really help me keep on track with my goals. Tickled pink at how great these are. Worth the investment.

The info as magnets is great. On the refrigerator so itnis a reminder if what you are trying to achieve. The lists are helpful to plan grocery lists too. Along with the Echo Show I can see recipes and make it all part if the grocery list.

The size of the magnet charts are perfect and not overwhelming my refrig door. Easy to read at a glance makes my market list and meal prep so easy.

this is a great idea. just stick on the fridge, and i can see it everyday. make sure i am on correct diet. whoever has the idea, must be a genius!

I don't love these. The writing is too small. Wish I had chosen different ones.
