Heavy but good

I’ve been using the BOSU Balance Ball for nearly ten years and can confidently say it’s one of the most reliable pieces of training equipment I own. I recently purchased additional units so multiple athletes can train simultaneously, and the quality has been just as consistent as my original. The product is well-constructed and holds up over long-term use, even with regular training demands. It’s also backed by a one-year warranty, with the option to extend under certain conditions. In my experience, though, durability has never been an issue—I’ve never needed to use the warranty. For the cost, this is an excellent value. It provides versatility for strength, balance, and core training, and is a staple in both home and professional training environments.

I have used the Bosu balance ball a few times, and it's exactly what I expected: solid equipment. I learned of it at my gym and wanted it at my house. Someone inflated it for me, and it seemed easy to do; although he's much stronger than I am, he needed me to hold it steady while he did it. You won't go wrong buying it.

A high price for what you receive. Most of the negative reviews here are accurate. The overall weight of the product and the construction appear robust. However, the product is very difficult to fill. I was unable to fill it completely using the supplied pump. The hand pump is very, very cheap. It is ineffective for filling the ball. Air leaks from the pump as well as the fill valve while you are trying to pump up the product. It is slow going and took well over 10 minutes of pumping with air leaking out continuously from the pump as well as the "valve". The pump falls out many times and as you try to fill as the pressure builds, the leaking pump and valve get worse. I was able to get the ball to about 9" of height but, there is no real way to tell. Measuring the height of a round object at its peak requires a long level and some dexterity to say the least. Propping it against a wall to measure it is about all you can do and that is a hit or miss proposition if the base inst square to the wall. I am reading in the reviews the ball does not hold air. I wouldn't doubt this as the "valve" is just a hole in the bottom that requires a push in plug that is easily lost. This is another problem because after 10 minutes of pumping, the air rushes out when you remove the pump and try to install the cheap push in plug. You have to scramble to get the plug in as the air is rushing back out much faster than it goes in. I really wonder where the "thousands" of positive reviews came from. If you cant effectively fill it up, how can it actually reviewed? The pump and fill plug assembly are poorly designed and not effective. I would pass on this product. For what it costs you would expect a MUCH better way to fill and seal it. I do not think the plug will hold air for long.

I have found Bosu balls to be really useful for improving balance and coordination. The wall chart really comes in handy for people who have not received good instruction from a gym instructor or physical therapist on the ways that it can be used. I received this Bosu ball today and I'm excited to begin using it. I must note though, that the first one I ordered arrived with a damaged valve. It looked like someone have completely ripped out the valve and then returned the damaged product. The package I received today arrived in a box that had clearly been opened and then sloppily retaped. One end of the cardboard box was torn I expected to find another damaged ball, but this one was in excellent condition, with a pump, two plugs, and a card that contained a QR code that gives access to the manual, warranty, and wall charts. As other reviewers have written, the pump is not really useful. Luckily I have an electric pump with an adapter that fit the Bosu valve. Otherwise, it would have taken forever to inflate the ball using the manual pump that came with the ball, but less than a minute or two with an electric pump. Just don't overinflate it. The Bosu ball seems to be of sturdy quality. The handles on the sides make it easy to carry around and to turn over. Also, it doesn't skid, even on a wooden floor.

The quality of a bosu ball cant be beat. I have had this for 2.5 years in my garage gym with no issues. I use it weekly and my boys, ages 9, 5 and 4, jump on it like a trampoline. :) It has held up great (see picture).

So far the ball is working great! Can get some really good workouts in with it. And the kids like it too! My only complaint is with inflating it. I'm not sure if we got a faulty pump or what, but I was unable to pump it up completely with the provided pump. I would get it maybe 75% pumped, which itself took over 30 minutes of non-stop pumping, which was a good workout itself! Then no matter how long/hard I would pump it, it didn't seem to inflate anymore. Finally, I gave up using the provided pump, and instead used a medium/large sized manual air bump that I had laying around (that you would use to pump up bike tires or a ball - with a needle). That worked great! I was able to finish pumping it within a couple of minutes. Again, I don't know if we had a faulty pump, but if not, it'd be nice if they could improve it to make it easier to use. Only giving 4 stars due to the pumping experience.

L'ho usato un paio di volte e oggi, dopo circa un mese l'ho trovato sgonfio. pensavo fosse semplicemente uscita l'aria ed invece si è bucato su una zona di contatto tra la parte gonfiabile e la struttura rigida che evidentemente con la frizione ha provocato un taglio. proverò a capire che garanzia c'è visto che la scadenza del reso era ieri!

I've fallen in love with BOSU ball training in the off season to keep my Snowboard fitness up. I've been using a commercial one at the gym but it was only 60cm diameter and being 6'4" (192cm) I wanted the ability to have a wider platform to assist with my workouts. The BOSU balance ball at 65cm does this and is one of the widest presently on the market. Now you may say to yourself BOSU is a bit more expensive than the rest, but clearly proof is in the pudding here, it's a super high quality product that is built to last. Love the ability to select the desired colour range with BOSU as well. Got a fabulous price from Amazon with free delivery to Australia.

el articulo llegó usado venía sucio y con mal embalaje pero al probarlo y comprobar que es un excelente entrenador para mejorar equilibrio y fuerza decidí quedarme con el, al cabo de una semana observe que el mismo articulo tenía un buen descuento decidí regresar el articulo y cambiarlo por otro igual, ahora con descuento. Gracias a la excelente normatividad que manejó Amazón en cuanto a la devolución del producto estoy muy contenta de poder sacar el mayor provecho a este magnífico entrenador, altamente recomendable.Gracias Amazón.

Net als in de gym, voelt de BOSU zeer stevig en degelijk aan. Oppompen was zo gebeurd. En nu lekker balanceren.

Es como los de los gimnasios. Con poco mas tienes el gym casero montado. Es un poco caro pero el material no tiene nada q ver con otros
