Effective, versatile tool
The " kit" comes with (2) scissor style tools = (4) tubing sizes selection to sleeve over and insert into the release collar. The cast metal seems durable however a better choice of alloy ( T6 Aluminum) would be much more durable. The center pivot is a blind rivet. It feels tight and solid enough new. Depending on the frequency of use and " heavy-handedness" of the user will determine how long the tool remains in service. For the occasional user, this is completely functional and adequate. For a working tech, it may last well for the price paid before wearing or snapping the casting.. There is a 3rd item in the "kit" I have no clue what it is or for what function, There are no illustrations, descriptions, ZIP.Price/ value is right. I recommend this purchase. I do wish the USA would wake up and manufacture tools domestically and not massively gouge when they do. Makes no sense to feed China while gutting America, pollute the oceans and the environment to ship from the far side of the planet.

Did its job
I needed to disconnect to my gasoline, so I bought a cheap kit from princess auto and it was a nightmare to use, gave up and bought this one. It worked immediately with no hassle. Saw a video of an oil soaked rough handed mechanic using it, so I immediately knew it was the right choice.
