Only thing that works for my pain due to a concussion. This is my 10th bottle. For years this particular brand and application (orally) is the only thing that works on those days of pain at the impact site on head. I have suggested this to many and only two said it didn’t help. Because it isn't really healthy to take NSAIDS daily for weeks/months or longer, more sensitive people may want to try this pain relief. It is important to follow directions and to try to keep the drops under your tongue for 20-30 seconds before swallowing. This newer edition has, thankfully, less alcohol and is easier to take. I find it helpful whether I take the drops or the tablets. I have used this for years for misalignments, muscles tears. There is also a cream for topical use.
