Good for dosa batter
This is a pretty large bag and will last awhile. I got this for making dosa batter. You could get this much cheaper at an Indian market if there is one near you but the price isn’t too bad if you are in a pinch. Product is good quality and organic and it was double packed very securely.

Cereal substitute
Bought this hoping to use it when I make homemade gluten free Muesli, which I roast all the ingredients for 5 to 10 minutes. Unfortunately this doesn't roast well, either straight from the bag or if it is cooked first, the Poha stays too hard. However, if you just take it from the bag and let it sit for 20 minutes in milk (of whatever sort you use) it softens right up. Add with the muesli and it is a tasty breakfast. I use dried and fresh fruits, but it would taste good without

Good substitute for Oats in a crumble
My daughter is allergic to just about everything including oats. I had read that Poha was a good substitute for oats when making a crisp or crumble dessert. Worked fabulous! To finish using it up, I included it in my Chex mix recipe and that worked as well. Nice crunch.

Duped by poor labeling. Potentially Unsafe for those with Celiac Disease
Arrived well packaged--shrink wrapped interior contents within an external sealed heavy plastic bag with complete product labeling. After reading the complete label, which was NOT INCLUDED in the Amazon pictures, I was disheartened to find that the Poha is packaged in a facility that handles WHEAT and BARLEY in addition to Mustard, Peanut Oil, and Sesame--all of which are common allergens. The two gluten containing grains are an absolute no go for those of us Celiac Disease. I'm angry that the product cannot be returned, so I'm out $11.00 and change. I don't dare try another brand because of thepoor presentation of this product--how does the consumer know if the product is safe for them if Amazon/supplier do not include a full allergen disclosure?

PACKED IN A FACILITY THAT ALSO HANDLES WHEAT AND OTHER COMMON ALLERGENS
It's organic, and naturally free of gluten before it's processed and packaged. I assumed it was gluten free. This is packed in a facility that also handles wheat, barely, mustard, peanut oil, and sesame seeds. The allergen alert is clearly stated on the back panel of the package, but they don't include a photo of it here, or mention it in the description. Why not process it in a gluten/allergy free facility?
