If I remove the 2 cups do I have to remove the whole insulation lid to drink or just flip up? Please help

After removing both cups. It has a separate screw on cap that you remove to pour/ drink. Not flip up. Hope this answers your question.

Should there be a seal on the top of glass inner? Ours leaks water in between the glass inner and plastic outer.

There is a thermal lid to keep water hot . If it leaks that means it cannot keep water hot . My one has no such problem.

It comes with two cups on top of the insulation lid . So even you remove the cups ,it still keeps hot.
