Mine arrived damaged but it’s a beautiful eye shadow and top quality

No seal to the item and damaged on receipt. Apparently I am unable to return.
On receipt of this order the Item was not sealed and was clearly damaged.

Damaged item
My item arrived , all the powder was smashed in the case not usable. I believe the case was dropped should have been raised as damaged at the pick stage.Terrible way to send this item to the customer.I also ordered 4 of L’Oréal matte 106 which arrived in good shape but unfortunately the nude 207 didn’t and is now in the bin.Now I have to spend more money on purchasing this item again.

Don’t buy!
Arrived damaged, just a broken pot of powder, can’t get a refund, if anyone does manage to get a refund can you please let me know as £10 is a lot of money for an unusable item!
