The quality of this product is horrible. Within 3 days of using the ice pack has torn and all the gel has come out. The company does not even respond or refund. Do not buy this.

The ice pack inside keeps moving n shifting inside the grey pouch. That's the only discomfort.Else it does it's job.

When kept in freezer, does not become hard. Retains flexibliyy and great for using in any part if the body

The gel pack fell from the table to the floor and the seams tore, spilling all the gel from inside.Not worth the money when you get such bad quality product

Great uses of it indeed. Helps relieve pain like headaches, etc. But I find difficulty in tying this.
