This is only the controller. It is programmed to turn on and off your heater or chiller at set temperatures.

The probe will update the temperature every 3-5 seconds.

Please check if the temperature reaches the setting of TS-HD, and if the heating indicator light of ITC-308 is on. If the setting is wrong, it is possible that the heater will not turn on.
