not a long lasting product
Initially the Whisk / frother worked great! Unfortunately after only 3 months of once daily use the whisk now falls out of the handle every time I try to use it. I realize that it was a relatively inexpensive item but certainly hoped for more than three months use. Note: I make one cup of coffee each day that I am at home and no one else in my family uses the frother.

Didn't work
This frother didn't work at ALL right out or the box!! I had actually purchased 2 and neither one worked. At least their product is consistent. I requested a refund and instead I got a replacement!!! I don't want a replacement. I want a refund!! I just tried the replacements and they don't work. I wonder how many times I'm going to have to go through this with this seller.

Frothing Atachments
Still cannot figure out how to switch out the frothing wands.... Other than that works great.

Only lasted a few weeks before breaking.
Nice product for about 2 weeks before it broke. The weak spot is where the metal whisk inserts into the device. It started losing its grip and the whisk would fall out, and finally the crack spread and a piece broke off.

Broke as soon as I tried opening the back to put batteries in.
Cheap. Don't waste your money.
