I think refrigerating this nut butter would make it very hard. It has to be stirred when you first open it - and it's very stiff. Then, it becomes very creamy. I think the oil would harden and make the product impossible to spread.

Q: The side of the jar says "no need to refrigerate." Really? Because these contain egg, how are we sure there is no risk of salmonella?
