Can I use this ink to print quality pictures on cannon pixma MG series?

Yes this ink is great. It does everything I need it to do including printing quality photos.

does this work for lexmark s500?

UNKNOWN Lexmark in the past used its own inks. I do NOT know if the new printers are dye based or not. Check to see what type of ink your lexmark is using and then you will know.

I don't know what color that is. With the inks that I purchased. The bottle cap color was actually the ink color. But, I see NOW by looking at the photo. The cap is white, but the description is black. I just never noticed it before
