Three flow mode is a good add-on, especially the sprinkle mode is good for those long showers and it saves a lot of water. A better option would be to buy the main line filter to treat incoming water at source, but I'm not sure if that removes chlorine. Today it took two people wearing rubber gloves straining till they were about to drop dead to unscrew the unit and in the process it broke off from the shower arm! Water Science customer support was superb and immediately resolved the problem by telling me to reverse the washer and try to fix the shower head back on the arm, which worked! I have used it just for 3 days till today and I can see the difference in the softness of my hair and on the skin. Hyderabad water is too salty. This shower is the best solution. I could easily install it myself in less than 2 minutes. They forgot to send Cartridge Life Time Indicator with the shower. I informed them as soon as I recd the consignment.
