works as advertised but no miracle cure
they do work to an extent. they cut out some of the harshness of kidney jarring bumps from my f350 dually. Probably safe to say its a 50-60 percent improvement in ride quality when comparing it to a f250, i have both and my 250 rides like a dream with factory springs and the extra weight of a utility bed, my 350, not so nice! the wifey didnt even want to ride in it until i put the sulastics on, now she says its acceptable and i agree. as a side note i run commercial tires at 100psi so my ride is super harsh anyways. At slow speeds small bumps match the softness of the front suspension, which is a huge improvement , at high speeds you will be reminded that you bought a heavy duty truck! so in summary, the sulastics do work, i wish they were cheaper but these heavy trucks ride like crap and anything helps, they should come factory. i am satisfied and would purchase them again, this application fit a 2011 f350 dually with bed off 900lbs flatbed installed, fit was perfect and raised rear ride height 1/4 inch even with extra weight of flatbed. this was not a chassis cab. its a brilliant concept that works and you will be pleased with the results if you keep your expectations reasonable.

Fantastic!
These work better than I expected. I wasn’t expecting too much of an improvement but to my surprise it reduced the jarring ride in my lifted 1 ton by about 50% if not more. Super easy to install too.

This product failed and I cannot get the company to return my calls
I purchased this product for my 2022 GMC 3500HD DRW truck. 2 months after installation the shackle on the driver's failed dropping the truck height 1.5" and making the frame stop rest on the overload spring. This is a complete product failure. I sent photos to the company and all I have had is radio silence. I would not buy anything else from these people. I would give them 0 stars but the system does not permit 0 stars.

Best money I ever spent
I had taken to heart a few admonitions to keep my expectations modest, but these have overperformed for me. This isn't just a "Well, it's a truck. What did you expect?" sort of issue. Coming from an older F350, my recently purchased 2015 F350 seemed unsafe at highway speeds. Over any sort of rough patch, the back end would lose contact with the road and shudder sideways into an adjacent lane. With the Sulastics, the truck handles those patches much better, and I feel in way better contact with the road. The fact that it's a more comfortable ride is a bonus. Highly recommended.

2022 F-350 Sulastic Shackle Scam
First I get what they do and I’m sure once you get them all connected they with that weight of the truck on them they would push away from the frame but every time it would be lifted for service the bolt would bury into the frame. Also if you ever hit a bad bump it would hit the frame.
