These bags are fantastic. I am sad to see them go. The archival quality of the Polyethylene bags is far superior to the polypropylene in many ways.

I don't know why comic shops sell these bags.  They are dull, feel odd to the touch, need replacement every few months (or they turn yellow).These bags were the standard some 30 years ago.  Now, BCS and others make better bags for less money.  These bags feel cheap.
