Very helpful
Purchased for my elderly parents who were having an issue with their cordless phones. Somehow they kept muting them and couldn't figure how to unmute them. Plugged this in to the wall jack and now they can see the numbers and can use the speaker if needed and can see and read the buttons. It's a relief to know in an emergency this phone works!

Mother in law loves this phone with the large numbers easy for her to see, and the clarity is great. Would purchase again. UPDATE phone had problems, buttons sticking, could not hear on handset. Contacted Blue Donut and they said they are sending a replacement phone but have not received it yet. Future update pending.

Terrible phone
This is the worst phone don’t buy it says it requires 2 aa batteries with no instructions where they go, I will be returning when you talk on it it echos to the other person I bought this for my elderly neighbor and I was embarrassed to give it to her after hooking it up

Speakerphone sound muffled
Speaker sound muffled. Could not store numbers for 2 touch recall. Large numbers are helpful for this senoir.

Perfect for elderly neighbors
Recently my legally blind, elderly neighbor came to my house to see if I had power. I asked why she didn't just call and I found out that she has, only, a landline and that it is a cordless phone that does not work when there is no power. I had to get something for her in case of an emergency. This was inexpensive and solved a serious problem to give me peace of mind for them!

Easy to use,
Got this for my mom. She is able to use this so much easier than a cell phone with its tiny buttons. I put all her closest contacts in the predial buttons for her and she is staying in touch better with family. Loud ringer so she can hear the phone even without her hearing aids in.
