I'm not gonna lie but believe me I was really sceptical before ordering any Chair that too online so I took a risk and ordered this chair and I was really shocked that they have delivered the order on time that too without a single scratch!Coming to Chair, it's a nicely designed, will definitely gonna give you comfort if you're working from home and have the issue of back pain.

Let's start with the packaging. It's a self assembly product so it comes in a carton with all parts dismantled. First impressions as I opened the box was that this product is old or used. This was because few of the parts (see picture) seemed to be worn out. However, after assembling this can say for sure that it's brand new. The packing wasn't done delicately leaving a few scratches all over which doesn't give a feel good.Coming to assembly, it's a very simple job- can be done by a novice without any tools. There's a small instruction leaflet inside which may helpUsage- excellent lumbar support. Very similar to my office chair at work. Arm rests are height adjustable. The wheels are smooth and you can move around like a charm. The height of the chair is excellent even for me at 5'11" and ofcourse adjustable. Sitting for more than 30 mins makes you feel like the base is smaller and would have been comfortable if it extended a bit more towards the back of your knees.Unlike sitting on a leather covered chair that I also own, this is comfy and doesn't leave you hot and sweating since it is nicely perforated. While this doesn't have a neck rest, you don't actually need one thanks to the lumbar support.Overall it's a good product. I do have some gripes about the price range though. At 5.5k+, it's not a cheap investment for home use. And little things like the finishing or the material used on the base gives it a slightly cheap feel and look for the amount shelled out.Been just 1 day of use. Will update the review after prolonged usage

Chair looking good and strong but it's not comfortable for sitting long time. I hated it by one day. The back support is not as expected. The worst part is, u can't get refund as it's not damaged or broken. Return policy's hidden part. Even if u don't like it or doesn't fit for u, u have to live with it as per their return policy. Very bad experience with Amazon. I bought this with reviews, now I m surprised how it got this much stars. Simply don't buy this.

It is light weight and provides super comfort. It was easy to assemble. Highly recommended. Thanks Savya Home and Amazon.

When I began assembling the chair I was excited as the kit had extra screw, Allen key and other feel good items, but post couple of days use the chair started squeaking , when checked the company fitted screws were loose tried to tighten them understood the Allen key given in kit is gone bad in just one round had to buy a new allen key, screw quality Is also bad as shown in pic.Overall chair is good , not just 'office good' with this quality I am sure chair will not last long but let's see , will update my review after few months of usage

Chair is noisy . Arm rest quality is very bad. Back support is noisy and not studdy . You can't sit and work comfortably because back support isn't working well. Please don't waste your money in this type of product. Invest in a good reputed company.

Back support and head support is good .Lacks back bending .Otherwise it's good .

Was easy to assemble and looks strong enough. With adjustable arm rest it is better to adjust with table height. In terms of comfort after long time use is average. Requires back pillow for good comfort.
